  • Introducing ATLAS MOVEMENT LAB on the Mat:

    Thursdays at 9-9:45am EST
    Cohort 1: April 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, May 7
    All classes held via Zoom; recordings will be provided.

    Atlas Movement Lab on the Mat is a 45-minute virtual mat class informed by Pilates, modern dance, GYROTONIC, corrective exercise, somatic practices, PNF patterns and more. This class is all about exploration, curiosity, refinement and movement mechanics as much as it is about strength, stability, mobility and finding new ways to challenge your body and nervous system. You will learn to intuit your body's boundaries and perhaps challenge them, and to make choices to support your desired experience: are you looking to sweat? Shake? Feel stronger or more agile? Help manage your pain or regulate your nervous system? Or just feel that you're equipped to move through space with less resistance and more ease?

    You will leave each class feeling that you (safely) worked harder than you knew you could, and having discovered something new about your incredible human body. Modifications will be provided so you can meet yourself exactly where you need to be; class is open to all levels, from absolute beginners through advanced dancers and athletes. 

    Must register for full six weeks. Not appropriate for prenatal or recently postpartum clients or those in the acute phase of injury.  
    Recordings provided so participants can make up for any classes missed.

    Pricing is offered on a sliding scale of $15-40 per class ($90-240).

    No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. No refunds will be issued.
